I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to guiding adults and children through their journeys of self-discovery, emotional healing, and psychological maturity. My academic training took place at the University of Taubaté (SP, Brazil), where my passion for the intricacies of the human psyche was firmly rooted.
My clinical work is founded upon psychoanalysis. I understand therapy as a “facilitating environment” — an ethical, judgment-free space where you can express yourself authentically in your mother tongue, make sense of emotional conflicts, and resume your natural growth.
To enrich this technical listening, I am currently completing postgraduate specialization in Psychoanalysis and Contemporary Analysis. This background allows me to address not only classical theory, but the modern dilemmas facing today’s individuals — from the fast pace and burnout of international life to the subtleties of living in a foreign society.
Before devoting myself full-time to clinical practice, I spent years working in audiovisual production and digital marketing. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of digital communication, virtual exhaustion, and screen fatigue — insights that deeply enrich my work with expats and professionals immersed in remote, cross-border routines.
Today, my practice is focused entirely on clinical care. I provide worldwide online sessions conducted 100% in Portuguese, offering a dedicated sanctuary where you can pause, speak freely, and be truly understood.
How we structure the therapeutic listening and elaboration process for each stage of life.
In psychoanalysis, we work with a principle known as free association. In practice, this is an invitation to speak about whatever comes to mind — freely, without censorship or the need to sound coherent. Speaking in your native Portuguese unlocks emotional nuances, unconscious habits, and childhood memories that shape your current life choices.
My role is not to give scripted advice or moral judgments, but to offer deep, professional listening. The clinical space provides complete safety, discretion, and confidentiality. By paying attention to nuances, silences, and what lies between the lines, you gradually begin to hear yourself in a transformative new way.
While adults communicate through speech, children speak through play. In child therapy, play is not a mere pastime — it is their primary emotional language. Through drawings, stories, and games, children express their fears, frustrations, and adaptations to new cultures, helping them overcome developmental obstacles.

Clear answers on how online therapy works across borders, scheduling, payments, and reimbursement.
Yes. All psychotherapy sessions are conducted entirely in Portuguese. When living abroad immersed in a second language, speaking your mother tongue is essential for genuine emotional depth, spontaneous expression, and psychoanalytic reflection.
My clinical agenda accommodates time zone differences across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, and other regions. During our initial contact on WhatsApp, we identify a recurring weekly time slot that comfortably fits your local routine.
International payments can be processed easily and securely via global transfer platforms (such as Wise), direct bank transfers, or Pix for those maintaining Brazilian bank accounts. All payment details are clarified during our initial consultation.
Yes. I issue official professional receipts and tax invoices (“recibos e notas fiscais”) containing full registration details (CRP 06/231332). Many international health insurances and corporate benefit plans accept these documents for partial or full reimbursement according to their terms.
You only need a private, quiet space where you feel secure and comfortable speaking without being overheard, a reliable internet connection, headphones, and a smartphone, tablet, or computer equipped with a webcam.
No medical referral is required. Psychotherapy is open to anyone seeking personal insight, emotional grounding, or symptom relief. If you already see a psychiatrist or healthcare specialist abroad or in Brazil, collaborative multidisciplinary communication can be established.
The first session serves as a welcoming space to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your life circumstances abroad, and how the sessions will be conducted. You do not need to prepare a speech; we begin naturally from where you are.
